The certification provides a better service to customers.

MOONACHIE, NEW JERSEY--In an effort to provide outstanding service to its customers, BULBRITE's entire Customer Service, Sales and Operations Teams have recently received certifications from the ALA (American Lighting Association). 

BULBRITE thought it was important for all departments who interact with customers to become ALA-certified.

The BULBRITE team members have received ALA certifications for both Lighting Associates and Lighting Specialists.  Certified Lighting Associates complete technical courses on 12 of 17 subjects including:  Chandeliers, Pendants and Decorative Lighting in the Showroom; Light Sources; Surface Mounted Fixtures: Ceiling Fans; Track Lighting; Recessed Downlighting; Dimming Controls; Energy Wise Lighting; Outdoor Lighting; Kitchen Lighting; Bath Lighting; Lighting Fundamentals for the Showroom Salesperson; Lighting the Dining Room; Low-Voltage Lighting; Working with Builders; Control Systems; and Living Room Lighting.

Certified Lighting Specialists are required to pass a final exam with a score of at least 80 percent, based on a 45-section, 780-page Residential Lighting Training Manual that encompasses every aspect of the residential lighting industry, including industry trends, technology and technical developments.
