CARY, N.C. – Arborwell professional tree management has joined HMI’s authorized member network to support HMI's programs in the California market.

“Arborwell represents an important new member for HMI,” said Doug Malawsky, executive vice president and COO of HMI. “Not only are we excited to have another high quality, TCIA-accredited company in our network, but Arborwell's presence throughout California provides us with a key partner in that growing market.”

HMI provides property owners, insurers and others with inspections, replacement costs and claim support services for trees and shrubs. HMI has established a national network of arborists and professional tree care companies to support these products and services.

“Arborwell is growing rapidly and we are pleased to partner with HMI as we feel they can help us continue expanding our customer base,” said Peter Sortwell, Arborwell's president and CEO. “We are always looking to support any initiative that establishes a quality standard for tree work. We are pleased with the effort that HMI is making in this regard and are excited about the part we can play.”
