Stens to assist with Hurricane Sandy cleanup

Pa. dealer opens facility for free chain sharpening service.

In response to the devastation created by Hurricane Sandy along several eastern states, Stens Corporation is deploying a relief team to the affected area to aid with cleanup efforts.

Starting November 12, Stens Territory Sales Managers Ryan Schwartz, Brad Stiles and Bill Black will be on location in Bucks County, Pa., to provide chainsaw sharpening services with a Franzen Automatic Chain Sharpening machine. Stens dealer Marrazzo’s Power Equipment in Yardley, Pa., is providing the facility for the professional sharpening service.

Mike Marrazzo, owner of Marrazzo’s Power Equipment, invites cleanup personnel from the surrounding counties and states of New Jersey and New York to visit the Marrazzo’s dealership to utilize this service.

There is no charge for chains to be sharpened. Donations of $5 per chain will be accepted, with all donations collected to be directed to the Red Cross effort for Hurricane Sandy.
