Hammonds joined the company as a vice president to spearhead its business development team and focus on sustainable business opportunities.

WESTWOOD, N.J. – Burke S. Hammonds has joined Lawns by Yorkshire as a vice president, and will focus on business development opportunities, including building strategic relationships in the Class A, multi-family and industrial markets throughout New Jersey and New York. He will also oversee the account managers who hold key business development responsibilities.
 
Hammonds, formerly a director of business development with the Brickman Group, brings with him decades of experience in construction and maintenance along with a marketing background. 
 
“Burke has a proven track record, a respected reputation and strong leadership skill sets. He is a true asset to our organization, and is also very involved and committed to several key industry associations. We are fortunate to have him on our team,” said Lawns by Yorkshire CEO Steven Jomides.
 
Lawns by Yorkshire is also launching an enhanced green and sustainable program that will incorporate best management practices in horticulture and sustainability to create a unique service offering that will reduce water usage, carbon footprints and costs for its clients. 
 
Since 1988 Lawns by Yorkshire has provided green and sustainable landscape and snow services throughout New Jersey and New York. Lawns by Yorkshire serves multiple markets including Class A commercial, multi-family, HOAs, office parks, retail and shopping centers, school and corporate campuses, municipalities, industrial and sporting complexes.
