MSDS Search

The MSDS/Label Database has been compiled from data provided by structural pest control industry manufacturers, formulators and distributors. The inclusion or exclusion of any product should not be construed as a recommendation for or against the use of such product.

The Publisher has taken great care in reproducing, without editorial or content change, the product labels and MSDSs furnished by manufacturers, formulators and distributors for the structural pest control industry. The Publisher makes no representations or warranties concerning the accuracy and completeness of the information and data contained within each label or MSDS, and disclaims any and all liability for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in such information and data, whether attributable to inadvertence or otherwise, and for any consequences arising therefrom.

Although the Publisher has made every effort to obtain the latest Specimen Labels and MSDS Product data from manufacturers, and while the MSDS/Label Database is constantly updated with new and revised labels, changes occur from time to time without our knowledge. Therefore, the Publisher disclaims any and all liability for inaccuracies in the information contained in the MSDS/Label Database due to revisions in the product labels and MSDSs from which the information contained in this database is compiled.

Readers of the MSDS/Label Database are cautioned to contact manufacturers for the most current product information, including supplemental labeling and registrations. Reference should always be made to the most current product label prior to the use of any EPA-registered chemical. It is a violation of federal law to use any EPA-registered chemical in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. It is further understood that the Publisher makes no representations or warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, the warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability, nor are any representations or warranties to be implied with respect to the data furnished, and the Publisher takes no responsibility with respect to the use of the information and data furnished.

The Publisher shall not be liable for any special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting, in whole or in part, from customer's use of the data. Further, no one shall administer or recommend medical treatment in reliance upon the data contained in the MSDS/Label Database, without first verifying such treatment with a knowledgeable medical professional.
