Schréder Lighting USA Creates New Operations Manager Postion

Mark Domzalski has been appointed to oversee new factory and product development.

 CHICAGO -- To help initiate manufacturing and product development in the United States, Schréder Lighting USA General Manager John Camp has appointed Mark J. Domzalski to the newly created position of Operations Manager.  Mr. Domzalski will help start up and oversee the firm's manufacturing facility and product development department. Schréder Lighting USA, the newest of the 40-member Schréder Group G.I.E. located in 36 countries on six continents, is marketing the Schréder brand in the fields of Public Lighting, Floodlighting, Tunnel/Transit Lighting, Industrial and Urban Lighting. 

Domzalski will direct the start-up of the firm's new factory, which is scheduled to open in January 2010.  He will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility which is designed to produce Schréder products for public, urban and industrial lighting applications, domestically.

"Mark is a very experienced and highly regarded operations manager that can help us get our manufacturing activities up and running quickly and efficiently," Camp said.  "He will work closely with our global partners, as well as our research and development team in Belgium, to create our premium brand of outdoor lighting products."

Prior to joining Schréder Lighting USA, Domzalski worked as Operations Manager for Freudenberg Household Products/O’Cedar, and General Manager for Markson Rosenthal & Co. (Gillette, Oral-B, and Braun).  He also served as Production Manager for JBRO Batteries, Inc.
