Ruppert Landscape has promoted employees within in its Frederick Landscape Management and its Forestville Landscape Management branches.
Mike Swisher was promoted to area manager within the Frederick branch. Swisher started with the company in 2008 as a field manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for the sale, renewal and streamlining of the branch’s landscape management work and for producing, purchasing and selling a portion of the branches enhancement work.
“Mike has a can do attitude with a willingness to learn,” said Jason Kilmore, branch manager for the Frederick Landscape Management branch. “He has a great rapport with his crew and his customers and we are looking forward to many good things from him.”
Joseph Beretz III has been promoted to enhancement manager for the Forestville branch. Beretz started with Ruppert Landscape in 2008 as an intern and quickly rose to enhancement field manager in the Virginia Landscape Management Branch. His new role entails producing all of the branch’s enhancement work, purchasing, selling a portion of that work and ensuring the satisfaction of all enhancement customers.
“Joe has been a huge asset on several of the award-winning jobs he’s worked on to date, including Janelia Farm Research Campus and Crystal City,” said Jack Jones, branch manager. “We are looking forward to the contributions we know he’ll make in our branch as an enhancement manager.”
