A new book out titled “Walls: Elements of Garden and Landscape Architecture” explores the built elements that define borders, create spaces and provide protection.

The illustrated book by authors Günter Mader and Elke Zimmerman demonstrates the visual potential and structural variety of walls, from traditional dry walls in cultural landscapes to actual works of land art.

"Walls" offers a broad array of inspiring models and practical guidelines for landscape architects, designers, builders and horticulturists.
