Ric Stone will serve as the company’s vice president of sales.

Ric Stone has joined Jacobsen as vice president of sales. He reports directly to Dan Wilkinson, president of Jacobsen, and in his new role will be responsible for leading sales efforts in North, Central and South America as well as customer service and parts support. Jacobsen, based in Charlotte, N.C., is a Textron Inc. company and a turf maintenance equipment manufacturer.

Stone is transferring from Textron Financial where he most recently held the position of senior vice president and general manager of operations. Stone joined Textron in 2004 as director of strategic initiatives for TFC, quickly achieved Black Belt certification and was subsequently promoted to vice president and general Manager, field services operations and then to his most recent position as senior vice President and general manager.
