The CGT400 GasLess line trimmer will ship in time for spring.

| March 9, 2012

CORE Outdoor Power is now accepting pre-orders for the first available product from their suite of environmentally-friendly power equipment. The CGT400 Line Trimmer will be available to consumers and commercial businesses via their online store at CoreOutdoorPower.com.

The products operate using a wireless motor invented by a team of engineers at CORE Outdoor Power. The motor works by means of embedding copper-etched conductors into a multi-layered circuit board stator. Combining the CORE motor with a compact, hybrid power cell produces a product line that is lightweight, virtually noiseless and completely emission-free, the company said.

The CGT400 features an instant trigger start, high-energy power cell, dual-mode controls for torque and speed, open view grass guard, comfort grip handle and runs just as long as a full tank of gas. The pre-ordered line trimmers will begin shipping in March followed by CORE’s GasLess hedge trimmer and blowers in the summer of 2012.

“We are very excited to have the manufacturing process up and running and are looking forward to getting these products in the hands of the consumer,” said Lincoln Jore, president of CORE Outdoor Power. “Manufacturers of gasoline-powered products are facing serious challenges due to evolving state laws and emission standards and must adapt to the changing landscape in the outdoor power equipment industry. Our products comply with all standards without increasing costs or sacrificing performance.”

CORE Outdoor Power products are invented, designed and assembled in the state of Montana and come with a five-year residential warranty and a two-year commercial warranty.
