Lipinski Property will now be known as Merit Service Solutions.

MARLTON, N.J. – Lipinski Property Services, a provider of managed exterior facilities services, unveiled Merit Service Solutions as the company’s new brand name today at the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM) annual meeting in Dallas.

“As Merit, we now have the capacity to grow exponentially by working as one team,” said Vince Willis, chairman of Merit Service Solutions. “Fully integrated, we will take the company to new heights, changing the way facilities maintenance companies partner with their clients.” Willis commented further that while the brand name is new, the foundation remains the same, “Merit is led by the same leadership team. There is no change in ownership; the organization and all contact points remain the same.”

Merit’s services encompass a full range of exterior facilities services from snow and ice management services, to landscape and parking lot maintenance services to capital improvements and enhancements.

Doug Cook, president of Merit Service Solutions, noted, “The new brand speaks directly to what matters most to our clients. It’s simple, clean, efficient, and reflects the value and flexibility that our clients need not only to sustain business in today’s marketplace, but to grow and thrive. Reputations really are built on Merit.”
