SAN MARCOS, Calif. – Hunter Industries’ Will Irvin has recently earned the title of FX Luminaire’s Sales Manager of Year for 2010. FX Luminaire is Hunter’s low voltage landscape lighting brand, which it acquired in 2009. Irvin handles the Southeastern territory for FX, which spans nine states.
 
What makes this honor particularly impressive for Irvin is that FX Luminaire is the newest brand to hit the Southeast region, and therefore, the least known. Irvin attributes his success with FX to, “great products, a professional and committed distribution network, an outstanding support system with his fellow managers, and a contractor base that continues to place its confidence and trust in FX Luminaire.” He was given the award in January from Hunter Industries CEO Richard Hunter. To commemorate his efforts, he received an engraved black piano finish wall clock – a longtime Hunter tradition associated with recognizing outstanding achievements.
 
Irvin is currently based in Marietta, Ga. Irvin enjoys fishing, hiking, and cycling through the Great Smoky Mountains with his wife, Elizabeth.
