Harmony Outdoor Living, Inc. and MediumRare, Inc. completed an agreement to co-join their operations, bringing the two outdoor living companies together from a sales, marketing and operational perspective.

Harmony modular Elements, MediumRare’s Atlas Cabinet System and stainless steel grills and components will now be marketed and sold together. The new alliance will take advantage of many synergies between the two organizations, with increased efficiencies, streamlined production and more seamless customer experience.

As a result of this newly formed venture, MediumRare will be moving its operations from Las Vegas to Burlington, Wis., where Harmony has maintained a production facility for many years.
