Harmony Outdoor Living, Inc. and MediumRare, Inc. completed an agreement to co-join their operations, bringing the two outdoor living companies together from a sales, marketing and operational perspective.

Harmony modular Elements, MediumRare’s Atlas Cabinet System and stainless steel grills and components will now be marketed and sold together. The new alliance will take advantage of many synergies between the two organizations, with increased efficiencies, streamlined production and more seamless customer experience.

Joe Raboine, president and Mark Chapman, CEO of the newly formed organization said, “We are extremely excited about what this means to our organizations as well as the industry.

"The outdoor living category is $70 billion and continues to expand. By bringing the operations of Harmony and MediumRare together, our customers have one, high-quality, single source for all of their outdoor living product needs. We are giving our customers an even greater opportunity to take advantage of this growing category.”

As a result of this newly formed venture, MediumRare will be moving its operations from Las Vegas to Burlington, Wis., where Harmony has maintained a production facility for many years.
