The Mustard Seed Garden Center took home the 2011 Partnership of the Year award at the 2011 Environmental Initiative Awards dinner. MEI presented five outstanding collaborative environmental projects with awards in five categories. Almost 500 community members voted online, with the support of InCommons, to select a sixth winner - the 2011 Partnership of the Year.
