DAYTON, Ohio – Ed Eppley and Marty Grunder will host “Who Moved My Customer? Practical Survival Tactics for Business Leaders.” This will be a one-day event at Cox Arboretum in Dayton, Ohio, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm July 27.

Grunder says contractors must learn to adjust to the needs of the customer in order to survive and thrive.
