The North Las Vegas company’s new site makes it easier for customers to request service.

NORTH LAS VEGAS – Land Care announced the launch of its brand new website – www.landcareinc.net.  According to company CEO, Rob Diaz, the new website is the result of many months of, “well-orchestrated, hard work by the Land Care Inc. team, in analyzing and designing its innovative concept.”

As an example, Diaz cited the “Contact Us” tab on the site’s home page, which leads to a new kind of productivity form that puts users in control of completing and submitting service requests directly online.

“Rather than calling in and often having to wait for a representative, a requester can simply fill out a service request form and email it directly to us,” said Diaz.  “We can then forward the information immediately to our field service team, who will contact the client or requester; set up an appointment and take care of the request in a timely manner. We believe that once prospective clients see how our system gives them better control of their time, their decision to work with us will be easy.”

Diaz said in addition to the site’s informative content, it was developed to provide an “excellent user experience.”

“Visitors to our website now have an opportunity to examine and understand the latest developments and best practices in landscape design, installation and management,” he said.  “And while the site offers rich content already, we will be continually adding new information to update current and prospective clients with the latest trends in landscaping through a series of informative videos and articles. Best of all, the entire website is very easy to navigate and fun to use.”
