ORLANDO, Fla. – Harvey L. Massey, chairman and CEO of Fla.-based Massey Services acquired GreenFrog Services, a pest management company headquartered in Jacksonville Beach, Fla.
GreenFrog specializes in residential and commercial pest prevention and termite services, and serves the Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra areas.

“We are pleased to welcome David Honrath, his son Andrew, all the GreenFrog team members, and their customers to the Massey Services family,” Massey said. “We seek out people who have built companies based on the values we share – in other words, companies with a similar culture to our own. GreenFrog was a perfect fit for our organization as it shares our commitment to total customer satisfaction.”

The joining of the two companies enhances the existing pest prevention services that Massey Services has already established in the Jacksonville market. Massey Services will now have six service centers in the Jacksonville area.
