Ray Smith & Associates has been reaccredited with Tree Care Company Accreditation standards by the Tree Care Industry Association, the only program of its kind in the industry.

The three-year reaccreditation reviews company practices and verifies continuation of best business practices. It is a voluntary process that evaluates businesses to ensure professional practices and standards are met by all emloyees. Ray Smith & Associates was among the first to be accredited under the program and remains one of a select group of companies to achieve the status.

“We are proud to continue to meet these high standards and providing the best possible service to clients," said CEO Ray Smith.

Ray Smith & Associates also recently hired Jean Dodds as controller and head of human resources. Dodd spent 11 years as U.S. operations coordinator for The Care of Trees, a national tree care service.

“Jean’s years of experience in management with a fellow tree care organization allows us to extend our level of service and professionalism," Smith says.
