DENVER – Swingle Lawn, Tree & Landscape Care has acquired two tree care companies in order to expand its brand in Colorado's Northern Front Range markets.

In looking to sell, Conservative Tree Care and Arbor Care Plus searched for a locally owned company that could offer customer service, expertise and expanded service lines for its customers. Swingle allows the customers of the acquired companies a single point of contact for lawn care, tree care and holiday decor services.

Since 2005, Swingle has acquired 14 lawn care, tree care and holiday decor companies, extending its services to more Colorado Front Range communities from Castle Rock to Fort Collins. Customers of the newly acquired Conservative Tree Care and Arbor Care Plus will be supported by Swingle's Fort Collins branch.

“We will focus on servicing both companies' existing customer bases and developing new customer loyalty by offering a host of new services supported by a highly trained team of landscape care experts, holiday decor experts and Swingle customer care representatives," said Thomas R. Tolkacz, CEO of Swingle. "We look forward to servicing even more Northern Colorado communities as we grow and develop the Swingle brand."
