NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nevada – Rob Diaz, CLIA, certified arborist, was named to the status of Trailblazer by the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET). Diaz is president and CEO of Land Care Inc. (LCI) in North Las Vegas, Nev.

Diaz is one of 90 Trailblazers added since 2002. “I am humbled and honored to be included in a program with others who have graciously mentored me through the years,” said Diaz, “and will continue the tradition by openly helping other members.”

Diaz originally founded his landscaping company in 1996, and then changed the name to LCI in 2003. Diaz is a prior board member of the Nevada Landscape Association Board of Directors and has been a pioneer in water conservation landscape installations beginning with the award winning property, The Pines, by Camden in 1999.

For years, LCI has been a landscape donor for Rebuilding Together, an organization whose mission is to preserve and revitalize houses. The company has also contributed resources, time and expertise to Operation Green a community service project launched by the Nevada State Contractors Board and a number of other nonprofit, community-based organizations and causes.
