The new paint process offers several benefits compared to liquid enamel paint.

CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill – KNAACK Jobsite storage products are now manufactured using a, new powder paint process, offering several advantages and benefits as compared to its previous liquid enamel paint.  The new powder paint process, which now covers the entire line of KNAACK jobsite products, offers end users improved corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and paint film thickness. The following table summarizes these advantages:

The testing on this improvement used methods defined by ASTM International (ASTM), originally known as the American Society for Testing and Materials. The ASTM is a standards organization that develops and publishes voluntary consensus technical standards for a wide range of materials, products, systems and services.
