Douglas McCullen to oversee golf and lawn care sales.

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. –  Environmental Science, a business unit of Bayer CropScience LP, this past month named Douglas McCullen Area Sales Manager  for the golf and lawn care sales market serving Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming.

McCullen worked in Oregon as a distributor sales representative for CPS and for 15 years as a golf course superintendent. He served two consecutive terms on the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America Board of Directors and remains an active member in his local chapter.

 “Having worked on four golf courses in the region, Doug knows the Oregon market and the unique set of challenges customers may face in the Pacific Northwest,” said Brian Tepper, regional sales manager for the Environmental Science division. “The insight and experience he will bring to clients will be invaluable in finding the ideal solutions for them from the Bayer product family.”

McCullen graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture and an emphasis in turf management. He resides in Sherwood, Ore.
