Shakopee, Minn. – Quality Forklift Sales & Service is now an authorized distributor of the Terex compact construction equipment line, including compact track loaders, skid steer loaders, compact excavators, compact wheel loaders and backhoe loaders, in the Twin Cities metro area of Minnesota. Based in Shakopee, Quality Forklift offers full sales, rental, service, parts, financing and preventive maintenance program capabilities out of its headquarters.

“We are pleased to welcome Quality Forklift as our newest Terex compact equipment distributor in Minnesota,” says Dean Barley, vice president and general manager, Terex Construction Americas and Global Aftermarket. “For more than 30 years, Quality Forklift has grown its business by continuously looking for ways to save customers time and money. Their business philosophy is similar to the Terex motto ‘Works for You,’ making it a natural fit for our two companies to come together to better serve customers’ compact construction equipment needs in the Twin Cities area. With the construction industry making a comeback, taking on the Terex line now allows Quality Forklift to grow its business opportunities, and expand its brand, outside of the traditional forklift market.”

Established in 1981, Quality Forklift has built its reputation on making customer service its number one priority. The company boasts a 8,000 sq ft showroom, an recently expanded parts department, 18 field service vans, 24-hour/7 days a week emergency service, same day rental equipment delivery and three Terex-trained technicians to meet customers’ equipment needs. According to Kyle Mohs, Quality Forklift sales and service manager, the company is dedicated to providing quality sales and service to its customers at fair prices in a timely manner.

“We realize the importance of good running equipment to our customers’ bottom line and operation,” says Mohs. “Our business is built on a commitment to customer service – what we are willing to do to help our customers is what separates us from other distributors. Therefore, we only sell quality equipment, now including the Terex brand, and provide the best service possible to increase their productivity and minimize their downtime.”

In addition to offering a full line of Terex compact equipment products and services, qualified Quality Forklift customers can take advantage of financing options through Terex Financial Services. Terex Financial Services offers a range of finance and leasing solutions, structured to accommodate customers’ cash flow and budgets. The Terex Financial Services team is equipped to assist in all areas of asset management, from the analysis of future equipment values through the disposal of used equipment.
