Burhoe Landscaping and Lawn Service, Unionville, Conn., has joined The Yard Group family of companies.

The Yard Group, located in Glastonbury, Conn., was created in 2007 for the purpose of bringing together the best talent in the landscape services industry. Other companies in the portfolio include B&B Landscaping and Design and Total Home, both of Glastonbury.

Burhoe Landscaping has been designing, installing, and maintaining landscapes for 30 years in the Farmington River Valley.

“The depth and breadth of The Yard Group's capabilities is what excited me most regarding this business combination,” said Owner Dean Burhoe. “It is my firm belief that our companies’ full-service approach eliminates the confusion resulting from multiple contractors on the same job, improving not only the project outcome but the customer experience.”

Michael Ferris, CEO of The Yard Group stated, “Dean Burhoe displays the professionalism, commitment to quality and customer service focus that has been the trademark of our Glastonbury-based operation. We are thrilled to have Dean and his team join our company.”
