FieldCircle announced the new spares and return management module of its software. The software has capabilities to improve inventory operations by providing operations managers with the visibility into the spares and return management processes.

A five-member team of software developers along with business analysts were closely working with each other to develop this module. The module has been designed after research on the challenges faced by the asset-intensive companies with the sharp focus on their evolving requirements.

The new module enables users to:

●       Check stock availability online at multiple depots.

●       Track new issues and product availability with technicians.

●       Audit stock usage current and historical data.

●       Manage stock transferred between multiple warehouses.

●       Get real-time information into inventory usage and issuance.

FieldCircle software already has an inventory management module designed to help operations managers handle every aspect of inventory. The software allows managers to track and monitor real-time status of the inventory, send alerts and notifications for stock shortage and audit the latest and historical data to spot patterns and anomalies.

“The new module will enhance the capabilities of operations managers and drive them to maximize efficiency and productivity levels across the organization,” said Business Head of FieldCircle, Bhupendra Choudhary. “FieldCircle users will now have complete visibility into their inventory along with significant data support to make informed, evidence-based decisions.”

FieldCircle is ideal for small- and medium-sized businesses for streamlining their operations. Between receiving service requests from customers to completing the job, the software has features to automate every aspect of the process. Its scheduling and dispatch features are integrated with field service technician app and customer app along with a web-based portal for the back-end team.
