EDMONDS, Wash. – ManageMowed, a commercial landscape management company, recently announced it's offering franchising opportunities for the first time.

With its headquarters in suburban Seattle serving customers throughout the region and thriving locations in Denver and Portland, Oregon, ManageMowed's renewed strategic franchising initiative is initially focused on growth on the West Coast and the Rocky Mountain region.

“ManageMowed is operating at peak performance because of our extremely strong model and we have a support team in place to advance our growth and bolster franchisees as they join our system,” said James Jakobsen, co-founder of ManageMowed. “As we grow, we will select franchisees that embody our culture of results and efficiency, and who strive to make the lives of our clients easier.”

ManageMowed works under a sub-contracting model, which allows its teams to focus on managing client relationships and a network of local owner-operator landscape crews instead of purchasing, storing or maintaining landscaping equipment on its own.

“Our business model differentiates itself as we’ve identified a way to maintain landscapes with no landscaping equipment and low labor costs, reducing our overhead and boosting margins,” said Peter Roberts, co-founder of ManageMowed.

In Washington state, the company serves clients like Safeway, Jack in the Box and Public Storage. The brand offers training, operations, marketing and technology systems for its franchisees.

Background in the service and labor industry as well as strong experience in sales and management is preferred for franchisees. For more information on the ManageMowed franchise opportunity, visit its website
