SCOTTSDALE, Az. and ATLANTA, Ga. – Bruce Wilson, principal, Bruce Wilson & Company (Wilson-Oyler Group LLC), Scottsdale, Arizona, and Envisor Consulting LLC principals Ken Thomas and Ben Gandy, Atlanta, Georgia, have announced a joint venture to advance the careers of green industry professionals nationwide.

Under the arrangement, Wilson & Co. and Envisor Consulting will share resources to design and operate a co-branded program that will offer tiered courses and educational content that cover the keys to landscape business success and will include interactive electronic seminars, on-site workshops, and foundations courses that will cover fundamentals in commercial and residential landscape services, landscape business administration, strategic staffing, cost management, contract negotiation, efficiency and productivity, high performing cultures, organizational development, marketing communications, and leadership.

Wilson, Thomas and Gandy in their own practices are some of the green industry’s leading providers of executive training and mentoring services – Wilson, as facilitator of CEO peer groups and peer group universities, and Thomas and Gandy as principal facilitators of Envisor’s leadership development programs.

“This partnership allows both companies to build on each other’s strength to accelerate professionalism and continuous improvement through full service, integrated consulting and training,” said Wilson. “There has never been a more important time for landscape owners to secure their future competitiveness. Working with Envisor, we look forward to continued development and added investment that will foster growth for landscape CEOs and their employees, now and well into the future.”

The new venture will have exclusive distribution rights for its proprietary content and curriculum. Taken together, this will create a set of training options and growth strategies for landscape contractors and business owners across all service segments.

“Bruce Wilson is an ideal partner and we are proud to welcome him and his team to this initiative,” said Thomas. “In combining our impressive selection of training offerings and program technology, we will be able to offer landscape professionals world-class learning at an unparalleled value.”
