PLAINFIELD, Ill. – Spring-Green Lawn Care announced Tuesday a series of promotions and new hires that President James Young said are key to corporate culture and increased innovation.

“We are developing a staff of specialists where each employee has a great deal of knowledge in one area to help the company grow and the franchisees succeed,” Young said.

Spring-Green Lawn Care’s newest employee is Aaron Gieser, who will join corporate offices as a business consultant in the support center. Gieser previously worked for Spring-Green’s company-owned franchises as an assistant manager.

Spring-Green Lawn Care has also promoted Harold Enger, Brian Kish, RJ Krone and Gwen Pothier-Ward.

Enger has been promoted to director of education from director of training for franchise support. He will develop and implement educational materials and appropriate training programs. Enger is a previous Lawn and Landscape magazine Leadership Award winner.

Kish will now serve as vice president of business intelligence, coming from his position as director of information technology.

Krone will now work as director of operations after serving as start-up support representative. He will manage the team of business consultants and the director of education.

Pothier-Ward steps up to the position of marketing support/call center supervisor. She will manage the national call center in which she worked seasonally for two years.
