The company acquired exclusive LandOpt license rights and is expanding the contractor network’s footprint in Dallas.
Pittsburgh, Pa. – Dallas-based JBa Land Management has joined the LandOpt Contractor Network, acquiring exclusive LandOpt license rights in the northern Dallas market space.
Founded in 1992 by owner John Battle, JBa primarily services commercial accounts (municipal and industrial) as a full-service grounds maintenance provider. When John entered the green industry, he brought with him strong business acumen from his time as a Financial Services industry executive. That, combined with an unyielding desire to succeed, has led to his success and recognition within the Dallas business community as an entrepreneur and minority business owner.
Attributing his company’s growth and success to-date to “persistence, hard work, and good people,” Battle realized that it would take some additional help to support JBa’s continued growth. In his words, “I saw LandOpt as a means of helping us reach our personal and company goals, and put us in a category of relevance when it comes to business and competition.”
The owner noted that, “the implementation of LandOpt’s systems and processes,” will be a key factor in helping the company reach that next level through an increased recurring revenue stream. As well, Battle noted that internal systems and processes will serve his team well, “allowing everyone to understand and embrace our overall goals and objectives and ensuring that they are not solely dependent on me in order to move forward.”
As a LandOpt Contractor, the future appears promising to this business owner. “In 5-10 years I see JBa Land Management as a $10M organization –one that is more diversified with regard to our overall service offering. JBa Land Management joins Arlington-based Baldi Gardens as LandOpt Network representatives in the Lone Star State.
