Heritage acquires Atlantic Mulch & Erosion Control

The company was founded in 2004 by Brent Booker and Dan Pleasant, who will continue to lead.

MCKINNEY, Texas — Heritage Landscape Supply Group has acquired Atlantic Mulch & Erosion Control, Inc., an independent distributor of mulch and soil, pavers, natural stone, bulk materials and other complementary landscape products.

Headquartered in Apex, North Carolina, the company was founded in 2004 by Brent Booker and Dan Pleasant and currently employs a team of 17 people. Booker and Pleasant will continue to lead the company’s dedicated employee base going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customer and supplier partners.
