Cadre Landscape acquires company

Cadre Landscape, Inc., has acquired the assets of Brad Fowles Construction Company, a design-build and construction entity. The combined businesses will operate under the name Cadre Landscape Inc. The financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Cadre Landscape Inc. provides large commercial landscape maintenance services, design-build, interior services, lighting, irrigation-retrofits and provides a full array of professional services including pruning/trimming, tree services, mulch, fertilization, pest control, irrigation and landscape installation services. The company serves corporate campuses, healthcare facilities, retail locations and entertainment facilities.

Fowles brings in years of expertise and knowledge to the table. He found interest and success in art from an early age, but it wasn't until after graduating high school that he discovered landscape design. In 1985 he started Stanford Landscape, Inc. which grew to be one of the largest commercial landscape companies in the Los Angeles/Ventura areas. The company also expanded to the Las Vegas area in 1991 Stanford was sold to a national company.

Fowles now designs and installs custom residential landscapes and fine art projects.
