CEAttachments, Inc., an international supplier of attachments for compact equipment, announces the addition of 10 all new Tree Transplanters to their lineup of tree tool attachments.
Perfect for landscapers and nursery owners, Standard and Heavy-Duty Tree Transplanters allow you to take advantage of the power of your skid steer loader and transplant mature trees with up to 54 in., 2,125 lb. root balls.
Four new EDGE Standard-Duty models are available to move trees with root ball diameters of 24 in., 30 in., 40 in. and 50 in. These units come standard with 25 degree angle, semi-truncated blades that penetrate all types of soil. Standard duty models come with either 3, 4 or 6 blades made of ¼ in. high alloy steel to stand up to the tough jobs associated with these applications.
The new EDGE Standard-Duty Tree Transplanters also come with an additional valve port for operating rear stabilizers, which are recommended on all skid steers and track loaders.
Six new CareTree Heavy-Duty Tree Transplanters complete the family of these valuable and profitable tools. Heavy-Duty models will move root balls with diameters of 28 in., 32 in., 36 in., 42 in., 48 in. and 54 in.
The Heavy-Duty models offer three spade shapes to choose from for the perfect application and soil type. Cone shape spades have a 30 degree angle and an open bottom for use in all soil types. Cone shape spades shear through tough tap roots and can be used in sandy soil or hard conditions. Truncated spades have a 22 degree angle and are ideal for heavy, clay-type soils. Truncated spades produce a pot-shaped ball with a flat bottom that is easy to basket or burlap. Semi-Truncated spades have a 25 degree angle and are our most popular spade. Semi-Truncated spades penetrate like a cone spade and produce a beautiful pot-shape root ball. Great in areas where soil type can vary.
All Tree Transplanters come standard with hoses and flat face couplers. Optional rear stabilizers and counterweights are available and are recommended on all skid steer loaders and track loaders.
