Cycle Country Announces the Resignation of CFO

Cycle Country, a supplier of ATV accessories, golf accessories, oil filters and contract manufacturing announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, David Davis, to pursue other opportunities.

Cycle Country expects to file its 10-K, as it has always done historically, between Dec. 29 and Dec. 31 and does not anticipate any interruption due to the aforementioned resignation.

The company is reviewing candidates and will have further announcements when appropriate.
