Bertog Landscape hires Milani as senior landscape architect

WHEELING, Ill. – Bertog Landscape has hired Robert Milani as a senior landscape architect.

In his new role, Milani is responsible for directing design solutions and fostering new business development for the Wheeling-based landscape design, construction and maintenance firm. Bertog Landscape provides expertise for residential and commercial projects throughout the Chicago area.

Milani is one of the few Illinois Certified Nursery Professionals to be named “Pro of the Year” and is the recipient of multiple accolades and awards from the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association for design/construction and maintenance. In addition, he is recognized for his work and industry leadership by the Illinois Green Industry Association and the National Association of Landscape Professionals. Milani is a frequently-featured source and contributor across print, digital and television media.

Prior to joining Bertog Landscape, Milani served for nearly 20 years as senior landscape architect at Chalet in Wilmette and North Chicago, Ill., where he led teams of designers, construction supervisors and crews. Beyond his professional positions, he has given his time to the industry as a pro bono coordinator for the University of Illinois Heritage Garden that celebrates the works of green industry professionals from within the state.
