ExperiGreen Lawn Care acquires Chicago company

ExperiGreen Lawn Care recently acquired the lawn care customers, vehicles and equipment of Ultra-Green in Chicago.

Jim Krzeczowski started Ultra-Green in 1998 and steadily built a solid business, operating mostly in the southern portion of the metro area. The Ultra-Green customer footprint overlaps nicely with ExperiGreen’s service area and has four service personnel, all of whom have been retained.

With the acquisition, ExperiGreen now has 25 employees in its Chicago location. The acquisition provides expanded service offerings for the Ultra-Green customers.

ExperiGreen began operations in 2017 and is headquartered in Mishawaka, Indiana, and Dublin, Ohio.
