Heritage acquires Wirtz & Daughters Landscape Supply

Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. has acquired Wirtz & Daughters Landscape Supply, a family-owned distributor of bulk materials, hardscapes, natural stone, landscape lighting and other complementary landscape products.

Headquartered in Joppa, Maryland, the company was founded more than 25 years ago by Gary Wirtz and is led today his daughter, Jessica Schaum. Wirtz currently employs a team of nearly 30 people and operates out of two locations northeast of Baltimore. Schaum will continue to lead the company’s employee base going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customer and supplier partners.
