DALLAS, Texas – McFarlin Stanford has announced that Chris Psencik has joined the team as vice president, leading the construction operations and sales coaching practices. Psencik will be specializing in coaching clients in optimizing their construction and sustainability processes, leading effective teams, executing their growth strategy and driving their sales growth plans through effective tactical means. Psencik will be based in Dallas, Texas, but will be traveling to drive client execution face-to-face.
Psencik brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Over his career, he has led sales teams growing from $7 to $28 million in seven years.

Psencik graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in horticulture, specializing in landscape design. He has earned a Certificate of Management from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Psencik is a member of the National Association of Landscape Professionals and serves on its Political Action Committee, TEXO, the American Society of Landscape Architects and several community organizations. He has gained experience working for industry leaders over the past 14 years including Southern Botanical, ValleyCrest and The Brickman Group where he led successful teams in sales and construction.
