NEI Holdings of Danbury, Conn., has acquired Colonial Irrigation in Prospect, Conn., for the spring 2011 season.
“Continuing to strengthen our market share in the areas that we are already servicing not only drives our business plan but continues to offer accelerated growth to both our company and to our employees. The acquisition of Colonial Irrigation does just that” says Eric Zima, owner of NEI. “We are continuing our organic growth and are speaking with a number of other high quality organizations regarding future mergers with NEI.”
