KOHLER, Wis. – KOHLER Engines has been named a preferred supplier to STIHL Tirol GmbH, manufacturer of lawn mowers and other ground-based gardening tools and wholly owned subsidiary of the STIHL Group. The designation follows a thorough evaluation of KOHLER Engines by the equipment manufacturer in several key categories, including quality, logistics, engineering and purchasing.

The company offers a full array of gasoline, diesel and gaseous-fueled engines – up to 134 hp. – which are supplied to equipment manufacturers worldwide in the lawn and garden, commercial and industrial, agricultural and construction markets.
