Hackettstown, New Jersey – Duke’s Landscape Management has promoted Scott McKenna to director of operations of both the Hackettstown and Parsippany branches. McKenna will be responsible for strategic planning, quality control, safety/training and day-to-day operations.
Eric Cross, president and owner of Duke’s Landscape Management, says the promotion was needed as the company has grown over the years. Currently, it has 80 employees.
“Over the years Duke’s Landscape Management has grown and the need for additional management support is needed to ensure the development of our teams and profitability,” Cross said.
McKenna began his Duke’s career in the winter of 2013, as the Parsippany Senior Customer Service Manager and then quickly promoted to the Branch Manager of the Parsippany location.
McKenna graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, earning a bachelor's degree in Business Finance. In addition, he has over 24 years of experience in the landscape industry, managing multiple crews responsible for landscape maintenance and snow removal at large commercial and residential properties.
