FORT MYERS, Fla. – Greenscapes of Southwest Florida plans to expand by building a 10,000 square foot warehouse and office complex in Fort Myers, Florida, according to The Business Observer newspaper. The new facility will be used to store and service lawn equipment, hold business meetings and provide staff training.
According to The Business Observer, the new Fort Myers facility will also employ about 100 supervisors and laborers.
“We’ve been serving Lee County clients from our North Naples office, so the new branch will put our landscaping teams and technicians closer to the residential communities we serve,” said Greenscapes CEO Steven Pruchansky in a statement to The Business Observer. “We anticipate opening the new location in November and will start hiring additional employees in the coming weeks.”
