Ruppert Landscape acquires Greatscapes Property Management Group
Greatscapes Owner and President James Printz will continue leading the business in the local Virginia market.

Ruppert Landscape has acquired Greatscapes Property Management Group. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Greatscapes has operated in Virginia for nearly 30 years, serving a diverse client base in Winchester and the surrounding region. Greatscapes Owner and President James Printz will join Ruppert Landscape as a partner and continue leading the business in the local Virginia market.
“We are excited to welcome Greatscapes to the Ruppert family,” says Phil Key, CEO of Ruppert Landscape. “James and his team have built an impressive business founded on values that closely align with ours. This partnership not only broadens our presence in Virginia but also reinforces our shared commitment to delivering quality services and fostering long-term relationships with customers and employees alike.”
“We’re proud of the business we’ve built over the past three decades and are honored to join forces with an incredible company that shares our dedication to people and service,” Printz says. “This partnership will provide new resources and opportunities for our team and dedicated customers, while enabling our team to remain true to the principles that have guided our business since day one.”
This acquisition follows Ruppert Landscape’s expansion into the South Carolina and Florida markets earlier this year, with the acquisitions of Ocean Woods Landscaping and Lawnscapes. The Ruppert Landscape platform now has over 50 locations nationwide. The company ranks No. 12 on the Lawn & Landscape Top 100 list.
LawnPro Partners acquires Concord Custom Lawn Care
Concord Custom Lawn Care’s core service offerings include lawn care, grub control, disease control, aeration, seeding, insect and mosquito control

LawnPro Partners has acquired New Hampshire-based Concord Custom Lawn Care. Concord Custom Lawn Care has served the surrounding Concord area and most of southern New Hampshire since 2002. Concord Custom Lawn Care’s core service offerings include lawn care, grub control, disease control, aeration, seeding, insect and mosquito control. “Having been in the lawn care industry since 1980, I was ready to retire and move on to the next endeavors of life,” says Tim Doyle, owner of Concord Customer Lawn Care. “The decision to sell my business wasn’t easy because we had a tight-knit team. My focus was finding a partner that would take care of my people and not turn their lives upside down. As a small business owner, I didn’t have the ability to offer the same level of personal growth to my employees that LawnPro could offer.”
Since the closing of the transaction, Doyle has retired from the business after 37 years in the industry. All other Concord Lawn Care employees will be retained as part of the transaction.
“The excellent reputation that Concord Custom Lawn Care has in its local market made it a natural addition to our existing New Hampshire footprint,” said Bill Viveen, CEO of LawnPro Partners. “It is with great excitement that we welcome the Concord Custom Lawn Care team to the LawnPro family of brands.”

Greenius, LMN partner with Marsh Canada on Canadian contractor insurance offering
Through this partnership, eligible contractors can access tailored insurance coverage through Marsh.
Greenius, the workforce training and safety platform owned by Landscape Management Network, has partnered with Marsh Canada to launch a new national insurance offering.
The partnership delivers insurance solutions designed around the specific risks contractors face and offers direct premium savings for companies who invest in risk management through Greenius training.
Through this partnership, eligible contractors can access tailored insurance coverage through Marsh, including property, stock and equipment insurance; commercial general liability; fleet auto insurance; and errors and omissions insurance.
“We know many contractors struggle to find insurance that understands their risks — and many are penalized because they don’t have a structured risk management program,” says Matt Crinklaw, executive vice president at Greenius. “This program helps change that. It rewards businesses for putting training first and gives them access to smarter, industry-specific coverages.”
The Marsh Canada insurance program is open to any Greenius customer in Canada working in landscape maintenance, landscape construction, snow removal or arborist services. Marsh manages all of the insurance arrangements, and claims services. Greenius customers are then eligible for direct premium savings.
“Greenius brings a unique focus on risk education and proactive management to this space,” says David Amadori, senior vice president at Marsh Canada.
“By helping contractors improve their risk management, we’re improving insurability and helping them stay protected long-term,” adds Taylor Edwards, vice president at Marsh Canada.
Other program notes include that it’s available nationwide to all LMN customers, and there’s a 5% rate discount for Greenius customers who complete approved training. It’s supported by Greenius-led webinars, enablement content and team education. LMN and Greenius are not licensed insurance brokers. All insurance contracts are executed through licensed insurance brokers at Marsh Canada Limited.
