FREDERICK, Md. — NaturaLawn of America recently added John Decker to the team in July as the branch manager for the Damascus, Maryland service location.

With nearly two decades of experience within the service industry, Decker began his career as a lawn specialist before taking on multiple managerial roles and leading teams to success.
“It’s clear John is a great fit for our Damascus branch," said Phil Catron, president and founder. "We look forward to him bringing his expertise to our Montgomery County operations and leading our dedicated technicians there.”
Decker will be managing a team of 25 employees in Damascus, providing safer lawn care solutions to the highly-populated region west of Washington, D.C. The branch is also seeking to expand its workforce and is currently accepting applications for technicians and management trainees.
The Damascus branch of NaturaLawn of America services the entirety of Montgomery County, Maryland, as well as the District of Columbia. NaturaLawn of America services include lawn fertilization, aeration and seeding, grub control, mole control, and comprehensive flea, tick, and mosquito control application programs.
