So when Wood, who owns Breese, Ill.-based Tehandon Landscapes and Trees, found out she’d won a Paramount Solutions dual spreader carrier, she thought it would help free up some space in the truck. Her business is primarily garden maintenance, and spreaders and aerators make up the bulk of her equipment.
The dual spreader carrier allows her to hang two spreaders from the back of her truck, leaving space in the truck bed for other equipment.
Wood has been offering the service since 1996. She has five permanent employees, and in the peak seasons, she employs 12 to 15 workers all together.
