The Toro Company announced a series of personnel moves relating to its purchase of the James Hardie Irrigation Group: Rick Parod was named vice president and general manager of the irrigation business; Jim Shearer, agricultural irrigation business managing director; Don Masini, managing director of sales; Richard Walne, area director and head of the Asia/Pacific region; and Phil Burkart, worldwide marketing director.

Zurn Industries appointed Frank Sheeder president of the company’s Eljer Industries subsidiary. Sheeder will continue in his role as group vice president for water control businesses.
