SePRO Corp. Acquires TNO&A Assets from Griffin

CARMEL, Ind. – SePRO Corp., announces the purchase of certain assets of Griffin’s Turf, Nursery, Ornamental and Aquatics (TNO&A) business. The acquisition includes:

• Avast!® and Avast! SRP ® aquatic herbicides,
• Komeen® aquatic herbicide and algaecide,
• K-Tea™ and K-Pool™ aquatic algaecides,
• Junction® fungicide/bactericide,
• Pentathalon® fungicide,
• Spin Out® plant growth regulator,
• Camelot® ornamental fungicide,
• And rights to Vendex® miticide and Kocide® 2000 TNO fungicide.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Griffin was purchased by DuPont in November 2003.
