Landscape Workshop has acquired Willis Landscaping, based out of Lynchburg, Virginia.
The acquisition — Landscape Workshop’s fifth in Virginia — strengthens the company’s foothold in Lynchburg, Roanoke and Charlottesville.
"We are excited to expand our presence in Virginia through the addition of Willis Landscaping to the Landscape Workshop family," says J.T. Price, CEO of Landscape Workshop. "Combined with our recent partnership with Chris and Trevor Templeton and the CLC team, the addition of Todd Willis’ team will give us the ability to provide even more extensive services to our customers in Lynchburg, Roanoke, and Charlottesville. Willis’s strong local reputation and experienced team will be instrumental in accelerating our growth throughout the region."
"The merger with Landscape Workshop raises the ceiling and the bar for my employees and my customers," says Todd Willis, owner of Willis. "Landscape Workshop understands the value of great employees and superb customer service. I am excited for the future and to continue to win in the Green industry here in Virginia."
Landscape Workshop operates across 43 Southeastern markets, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. The company ranked No. 27 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list in 2025.
Landscape Workshop is backed by Ares Management Corporation and Carousel Capital.
