Massey Services, which ranks No. 35 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list, has promoted four leaders within its new construction, business intelligence and customer care divisions.
Gary Heath has been promoted to senior division manager of new construction.
Heath joined Massey Services in 2007 in sales and quickly expanded his impact through roles in operations, project management, business analytics and corporate services. In 2014, he was promoted to director of business analysis and advanced to senior director in 2020.
Under his leadership, the business analysis team drove initiatives including Salesforce implementation, service center splits, acquisition analysis and integration, product management and intern development. Known for his innovative approach, deep company knowledge and strong analytical expertise, Heath will guide the continued growth of the new construction division. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
Croix Newson has been promoted to senior director of business intelligence.
Newson joined the Massey IT team in 2016 as a junior database admin. In 2017, he was promoted to manager of business intelligence, and in 2022, he was promoted to director of business intelligence. Most recently, he led his team in the development of several new initiatives designed to improve the customer experience, including the company’s online sales tool, updates to Massey’s online customer account management portal and customer notification texting. Newson is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in information technology.
Pooya Pakzadian has been promoted to director of customer care after serving as customer care manager for the past 10 years.
Pakzadian began his Massey career in 2009 as a customer care supervisor and brings nearly 30 years of call center experience to his role. He has a Bachelor of Science in management information systems and an Executive MBA from the University of Phoenix. In his new role, Pakzadian will lead the customer care teams and oversee customer care operations across Florida and Texas.
Dana Hill, a 43-year team member, has been appointed to oversee special projects.
In this new role, Hill will lead a team that partners closely with service centers to oversee several important programs that will drive additional growth for the company. Throughout her career, Hill has held several key leadership positions, most recently serving as director of customer care. Under her leadership, customer care evolved into a centralized communications hub managing phone, email, online reviews and chat channels while also supporting the company’s transition to paperless operations, AutoPay and pay-in-advance billing.
“We are extremely proud of these long-tenured team members, who have demonstrated outstanding leadership while guiding their teams through critical initiatives and periods of growth,” says Tony Massey, president and CEO of Massey Services. “We look forward to their continued success as they step into these new roles.”
