President Lucas Castor says he's hoping to expand "what's made this company great since 1968."
When Chapel Valley announced a series of leadership changes in November, Lucas Castor became president of the company.
"My job is to steward the growth and the culture of everything that's already been built," says Castor, who recently spoke with Lawn & Landscape's Digital Editor Jimmy Miller.
Castor, who earned his promotion alongside the promotions of Tammy Fisher, Josh Richman and Brian Hoffman, explains how he aims to help carry out the next phases of Chapel Valley's operations.
