What started as a lawn care company with two guys, Christopher Brown and Peter Teed, and a pickup truck has grown to 17 vehicles, 45 employees, 2,200 clients, and more than $6 million in revenue. Over the years, they have encountered just about every growing pain possible at each stage. They subsequently developed an approach of identifying business problems, researching and learning as much as possible about addressing those issues, then implementing and driving the change. Brown will educate the audience on the challenges they faced along the way and how they were able to navigate around them to achieve the success they have reached.
